1. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the JSCREATOR online store at jscreator.pl and the rules for concluding and performing sales contracts for products offered by the Seller.
2. The Seller is JS Creator Jakub Sawarzyński, operating as a sole proprietorship registered in CEIDG.

4. The store sells to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs.
5. Using the store requires Internet access, an active email account, and an up-to-date web browser.
2. Definitions
1. Consumer - a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. Entrepreneur - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase in connection with their business or professional activity.
3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights - a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, which is not of a professional nature.
4. Customer - a Consumer, Entrepreneur, or Entrepreneur with consumer rights making a purchase in the store.
Product - a movable item offered for sale in the store.
3. Registration and User Account
1. Registering an account in the store is voluntary. Customers may place an order without registering an account.
2. Registration requires providing: name, email address, password, phone number, and delivery address.
3. A contract for the provision of electronic services related to the account is concluded when the Seller confirms the registration.
4. The Customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.
5. The account may not be shared with third parties.
6. The Customer may request account deletion at any time.
4. Orders and Contract Conclusion
1. Information presented in the store does not constitute an offer under the Civil Code but is an invitation to conclude a contract.
2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products.
3. The sales contract is concluded once the Seller electronically confirms acceptance of the order.
4. The “order acceptance confirmation” is sent, for example, by email and includes all order details.
5. The Customer may correct their data before submitting the order.
5. Payments and Order Processing
1. Available payment methods:
- Bank transfer - account details provided in the order confirmation email; processing begins once the payment is received by the Seller.
- Electronic payments – fast and secure online payments via external providers, including:

2. Product prices are gross prices and include VAT.
3. Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation.
4. If the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer, electronic payments, or credit/debit card, order processing begins on the day the Seller’s bank account is credited.
6. Delivery
1. Delivery is available within Poland and other countries listed in the Store.
2. Delivery costs and times are displayed before placing the order.
3. For orders containing multiple products, shipping takes place once the order is fully assembled.
7. Data Protection
1. The data controller is the Seller.
2. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR to fulfill orders, handle complaints, manage accounting, and for marketing purposes – upon consent.
3. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy on the store website.
4. The Privacy and Cookies Policy is available at https://jscreator.pl/privacy-policy-js-creator and contains information about the use of cookies and their purpose.
5. Data may be shared with cooperating entities, such as payment operators and courier companies.
6. The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, limit processing, object to processing, and transfer their data.
8. Complaints and Liability for Non-Conformity of Goods
1. The Seller is liable for the non-conformity of the Product with the contract according to applicable law.
2. Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
9. Right of Withdrawal
1. Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. The withdrawal statement may be submitted by e-mail or in writing.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
5. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer unless agreed otherwise. The Customer does not incur any refund costs. Refunds do not include delivery costs.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
1. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.
2. Information is available on the UOKiK website.
3. The ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions are valid for an indefinite period.
2. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the Store’s website.
3. Disputes with Consumers are resolved according to applicable law by competent courts.
4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
