Here are the most common questions we have been asked by our customers prior to purchase:

1. Which roller shutters work with Clean Blind?

Clean Blind is ideal for the most popular roller blinds on the market, i.e. aluminum and plastic roller blinds made of e.g. PVC. 

With Clean Blind you can clean any roller blind from both sides on the following windows: 

•  traditional; 
•  on upper floors;
•  roof windows;
•  or on windows without opening function, i.e. so-called fix windows.

2. Are the magnets strong enough?

CLEARLY!

The magnets are very strong and the product itself is designed in such a way that Clean Blind holds onto the blind solidly. Clean Blind generates a strong magnetic field so keep it away from electrical devices, storage media, payment cards, displays or watches.

3. Does the choice of color and cover of Clean Blind matter?

NO!!!

It's just a matter of colour preference, individual taste or personal aesthetics.

4. What do you need to clean your blinds?

You only need three things:

Dirty external blinds; 

• Warm water;
• A cleaning agent, such as washing-up liquid you have at home or, for example, a little vinegar;
• 10 minutes of your time.

5 What can go wrong when cleaning? Why does Clean Blind go down?

• The main cause is: Clean Blind is not wet enough, the device should literally be dripping with water. 
• Work smoothly, and freely, do not press Clean Blind too hard against the roller shutter.
• The bottom bar of the external roller shutter may have additional metal reinforcements. This is a common and natural practice of roller shutter manufacturers and may be the reason why your Clean Blind keeps falling off. This metal strip can interfere with the operation of the roller blind but... Simply apply Clean Blind above this trim and the problem is quickly solved. 
• Perhaps your blinds are not made of aluminum or PVC, so this tool will not work for you. Check before you buy - email us.
• Blinds have metal reinforcements throughout their construction (e.g. security blinds) which will interfere with Clean Blind. Again, it is better to check before buying for yourself. 
• The most common cause of problems is that Clean Blind is not properly fitted to the roller shutter - refer to the instruction manual or our instructional videos, which you can find here.
