Checking the shipment
Please check the parcel upon delivery. If the package is damaged:
• refuse acceptance;
• take photos of the damage;
• prepare a damage report with the courier;

Complaints
If the product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description:
• Submit a complaint electronically (download the form here) by email or in writing
• include contact details, order details, product description, and expected resolution (repair, replacement, or refund);
• return the product with proof of purchase to:

• Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving a complete submission; the decision is sent by email or post.
• In justified cases, we provide repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
• You have the right to appeal the seller’s decision and use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Withdrawal from the contract (returns)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To do so:
1. Inform us of your decision – send the completed withdrawal form by email or in writing.

2. Return the product with proof of purchase to the address above.
Important information:
• The product must be unused, complete, and preferably in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method, excluding delivery costs.
