How to Bring Spring Freshness into Your Home

How to Clean External Blinds – A Simple Method with Clean Blind

Many people avoid cleaning blinds, fearing it will be a time-consuming and tedious task. Thanks to Clean Blind, the whole process is quick, easy, and effective. Here’s how to do it step by step:

Step 1: Prepare the Cleaning Solution

Fill a container with warm water (about 30°C) and add a small amount of mild detergent, such as dish soap.
Tip: Just a few drops are enough – too much foam can make cleaning harder.

Step 2: Soak the Clean Blind 

Submerge the device in water along with the cleaning cover.
Tip: Make sure it is fully soaked for effective cleaning.

Step 3: Attach Clean Blind to the Blinds

Lower the blinds by about 30 cm. Insert the magnetic slider from below and place the handle on the other side so the magnets connect and position themselves correctly.
Note: If there is a reinforced strip at the bottom, move the slider slightly higher to avoid it.

Step 4: Vertical Cleaning

Fully lower the blinds and move Clean Blind vertically upward. When you reach the top, gently turn the device to the left to start horizontal cleaning.
Important: Use smooth, steady movements – avoid sudden twists.

Step 5: Horizontal Cleaning

Move the device left and right along the slats, gradually working your way down.
Tip: If the blinds are heavily soiled, repeat the process for a perfect result.

Once finished, slightly lift the blinds and easily detach the device.
When your blinds are sparkling clean, put the cleaning covers in the washing machine at 30°C. Leave the blinds in a lowered position to dry completely.
