Article 1. Rules of data protection

Article 3. Area of processing personal data

Article 5. Transfer and access to personal data

  • Customer data may be made available to authorized entities in accordance with applicable law, including appropriate judicial authorities.
  • Customer data may be made available to third parties - in cases that were not mentioned by the administrator or legal provisions - only with the permission of a person who concerns this data.
  • Personal data may be passed on to third countries (countries outside the European Union) in connection with the delivery of goods commissioned by the customers.
